Bank Guarantees


The table below is a list of the only acceptable financial institutions (herein "Acceptable Banks") that can issue bank guarantees (specifically performance guarantees) for NCIA solicitations. Each bank on the list and their branches in NATO Nations can issue bank guarantees. This list is independently reviewed on a regular basis*. Please refer to the relevant solicitation package or contractual document for further instructions, as well as guidance for bank guarantees from these Acceptable Banks.

For the performance guarantee, a Standby Letter of Credit is required that shall be substantially similar to this template.

A bid guarantee shall not be required or requested in any NCIA solicitation
