Partnerships

Industry is a force multiplier for NCIA’s delivery of projects and services to NATO. We seek continuous dialogue, partnership, and engagement with industry to better align NATO needs with industry capabilities at the speed of relevance. Priority objectives and themes form our criteria for engaging industry during the non-competitive and pre-competitive phase.

Objectives:

  • Discover industry capabilities
  • Disclose NATO needs
  • Diversify NCIA’s supply base

Themes for upcoming year (2025-26):

  • Deliver NCIA’s technology portfolio towards 2030, notably cloud computing, cyber defence, data exploitation, next-generation networks, space technologies and quantum.
  • Readiness (including resilience, reliability and responsiveness of our industrial base) and rapid adoption notably from non-traditional partners such as start-ups/scale-ups and not-for-profits.
  • Industry dialogue and partnership to transform our ways of working and delivering (e.g. outsourcing).
