NCIA acquires, deploys and defends communications systems for the Alliance's political decision-makers and Commands. We procure commercially-available communications and IT products and services on an urgent and expedited basis, but we are also responsible for delivering major complex systems via International Competitive Bidding.

Strategic dialogue and cooperation with industry is essential for NATO capability planning, development and delivery. NCIA leverages the latest technology, expertise and cost-effective solutions from industry in in areas such as air command and control, cyber security and big data and analytics.

The event brought together leaders in defence, space and industry, providing the opportunity to exchange insights and enhance cooperation across the Alliance. This year’s theme, "From Awareness to Action: Embedding Space in NATO Operations," places emphasis on leveraging space for defence, resilience and multinational collaboration.
