About the NCI Academy
The formation of the NCI Academy in September 2019 provided NATO with a world-class training capability to maintain its technological advantage. The NCI Academy provides training on both static and deployed NATO communication and information systems (CIS), Air Command and Control (AirC2), cyber security and cyber defence. In addition, it plays a pivotal role in designing and developing new learning solutions for our customers, by conducting a thorough analysis of training needs and leveraging the latest learning technology.
The NCI Academy also provides education and training (E&T) services for internal Agency staff in support of professional and personal development, and post or mission specific requirements, to ensure the Agency has the necessary skills to meet customer requirements.
As a quality assurance accredited NATO Education and Training Facility (NETF), the NCI Academy strives for excellence by consistently applying the relevant NATO training policies and quality standards, in order to achieve a coherent delivery of E&T services.
