Provision of Augmentation SATCOM Services

Description:

The NCI Agency hereby notifies the NATO Nations of its intent to invite bids to establish a pre-competed contractual framework, serving as the preferred vehicle for the provision of various categories of commercial Augmentation SATCOM Services on an “as needed” basis. Prepositioning of such a framework will support expedient commencing of COMSATCOM service delivery in response to emergent operational requirements by elimination of a need of multiple ad hoc and overly time-consuming procurements. The bid closing date and time for this Solicitation is as follows: Work Package 2 - Friday, 21 August 2026 at 12:00 hours Central European Time; Work Package 1 - Friday, 4 September 2026 at 12:00 hours CET; and Work Package 3: Friday, 18 September 2026 at 12:00 hours CET.
