Description:

This RFI seeks to elicit the view of industry partners on the scope of the envisioned services and facilitate the Agency’s insight into best-in-class industry solutions, including current market capabilities, and pricing models of solutions offered. NCIA seeks to provide a solution that maintains persistent situational awareness and decision advantage by synthesizing critical strategic priorities and actionable intelligence from open-source data. The solution securely delivers unified requirements and high-priority critical alerts, providing operational open-source information directly to mobile devices like laptops and smartphones. Communications are to remain trusted, and protected with End-to-End Encryption (E2EE), while seamlessly integrating with future cloud environments through a data-centric security architecture that safeguards information. The overall scope is to provide an Industrial Service for a secure end-to-end-encrypted Agentic Communications Information Platform (ACIP) for mobile devices. Please check the Attachment of this RFI.
