The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is conducting this competition for the acquisition for a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Self-Service Reporting tool for Oracle e-Business Suite Releases 12.2.X and above. To that end, we are issuing this Request for Quotation to solicit bids from capable and interested industry partners, using Neo - NCI Agency e-procurement tool. The Agency is aiming to award a base contract for 2027 and three optional years: 2028, 2029 and 2030. Basis of Award: The contract resulting from this Request for Quotation shall be awarded to the lowest priced technically compliant offer, inclusive of the base year (2027) and all option years (2028, 2029, 2030).
