The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) hereby provides notification of the following Procurement Opportunity in accordance with the Procedure for NATO Competitive Procurement. This notification is issued to foster open and fair competition among eligible vendors from participating nations. This notification does not constitute a commitment to award a contract. NCIA intends to establish a CCSP Marketplace to provide access to commercially available Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and related cloud services required to support current and future NATO enterprise workloads. The immediate requirement is to provide commercially available CCSP services in support of PBN. Detailed technical, operational, security, contractual, and evaluation requirements will be provided within the formal solicitation documentation.
