The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is conducting market research to identify qualified leadership development partners and gather input on innovative and practical solutions that strengthen leadership capability across all leadership levels and enable organisational transformation and culture change. To support this effort, we are issuing the attached Request for Information (RFI) 07509 to solicit feedback from capable and interested industry partners. Should you have any questions, please submit them no later than 20 August 2026. Answers will be provided no later than 27 August 2026. Deadline for RFI responses is no later than 12:00 hours Central European Time (CET) on 15 September 2026.
