Resilience Dashboard

NATO assessment analysts can use open source data to assess resilience in military context in different countries by using the data-driven resilience dashboard, developed by NCIA in cooperation with NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT).

The dashboard brings together disparate civil and military data to support resilience-related activities under specified scenarios. It provides an overview of some of NATO's resilience baselines, such as energy, health and transportation, which would aid in planning and provide critical situational awareness during a crisis.

Pulling data from a wide variety of open sources, including national governments, companies, industry regulators and media, the resilience dashboard uses AI and advanced data analytics to consolidate this information and provide insights in line with the NATO AI Strategy and its principles of responsible use.

From 7 to 30 April 2026, the first execution phase, known as Alpha, of Steadfast Cobalt 26 took place across 35 locations. Approximately 700 participants from 34 NATO Entities across 14 Allied Nations took part, demonstrating NATO’s commitment to collective defence and enhanced communication interoperability across all domains.
