NATO Digital Workplace Centre

NCIA established the NATO Digital Workplace Centre as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, to ensure business continuity across NATO in the face of a new reality. The NATO Digital Workplace Centre supports NATO and the Nations to enable a hybrid environment where everyone can connect, communicate and collaborate, regardless of their location.

We enable a digital workforce with simple, yet innovative tools to facilitate collaboration. Our services are designed to meet the different needs and working styles of all NATO staff and promote a culture of collaboration.

Through our workplace services, we deliver and provide in-service support of end-user devices across NATO. We work closely with local support teams to provide a 24/7 timely response to incidents and service requests. Our primary focus is to provide end-users with a state-of-the-art digital work experience.

We also provide an all-in-one solution for small work-level meetings to largescale VIP events in digital and hybrid format on all NATO content classifications for NATO and Partners. Anything from real-time audio and video capabilities for effective digital collaboration.
