What is NCIA's quality management system?

In 2024, NCIA received an ISO 9001:2015 certification, covering the cope of full life-cycle support to Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD) capabilities. The Quality Management System is an essential component of the NCIA's strategic goal, delivering excellence throughout optimized corporate plans and processes.

NCIA remains dedicated to ensuring adequate quality of product and services provided to customers and users. NCIA is working on expanding the quality management system to other business areas, demonstrating commitment to continual improvement, customer satisfaction and process optimization.
