Products and services


NCIA is introducing a new catalogue to simplify how customers requests products and services.

As part of this initiative, some standardized products are now available via the Standard Products as a Service (SPraaS) Catalogue, a new interface designed to meet common operational needs in a fast, predictable and transparent manner. The catalogue currently includes a limited set of products and will be expanded over time.

Important

Use the SPraaS Catalogue to browse available products and submit your request online.
Use the Customer Request Form (CRF) for all other NCIA products, software and services.
For Education and Training Services, please return to the Customer Area and select Training catalogue.

SPRAAS CATALOGUE

SPraaS provides customers with a simple and efficient way to access predefined, ready-to-use standard offerings, combining assets/service and associated operational, maintenance, and support services into a single, integrated package. The following standard offerings are currently available through the SPraaS Catalogue:

The catalogue offering will evolve over time.  All other requirements and tailored solutions should be submitted through the Agency Service Catalogue and the Customer Request Form (CRF) process.

How it works

  1. Select the required product and available options
  2. Review product descriptions and specifications
  3. Submit a Customer Request via the dedicated product form

 Please note each product includes its own dedicated submission process.

Other NCIA Products & Services

For all other NCIA products, software and services submit via a Customer Request Form (CRF)

How it works

  1. Access the Customer Services Catalogue: Review the full list and description of available NCIA services and products. 
  2. Check the Support Terms & Conditions, to determine your service levels, support conditions and priority classification for each service.
  3. Complete the Customer Request Form, providing all necessary information including:
    •   Requestor and organisation details
    •   Accurate point of contact information
    •   Invoicing address
    Download the Customer Request Form (CRF)
  4. Once submitted, a NCIA representative will review the submission for acceptance.

For products and services, ANNEX I (p. 2 & 3) must be entirely filled. For NATO software tools, the ANNEX II (p. 4 & 5) must be filled.
