Workspace Services (WPS), which is responsible for the delivery and in-service support of end-user devices, such as desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, plotters, and mobile telephony services across the NATO Enterprise. The Workspace team works closely with local support teams to provide a 24/7 timely response to incidents and service requests. Their primary focus is to provide end-users with a state-of-the-art digital work experience.

Managed Device Service

This service provides secure devices for connecting to NATO networks, including the Microsoft Office Professional Suite, Windows operating system, and NATO mandatory security tools.

 REACH Mobile Workspace Service

This service provides laptops loaded with the Microsoft Office Professional Suite, Windows operating system, VPN client software, and security and management tools for connecting to the NATO Restricted network.

Print/Scan/Copy Service

This service allows users to create hardcopies of digital content or digitize hardcopies using NATO-owned or leased devices, with some networks supporting badge-controlled printing.

Enterprise Managed Mobility Device Service

This service offers mobile solutions ranging from basic cellular subscriptions to fully managed mobility solutions. This service enable users to connect to NATO Unclassified or NATO Restricted networks, including the capability to connect a managed Apple iOS device to NATO services.
