Meet Beatriz Castroviejo, an Engineer at the NCI Agency

Beatriz Castroviejo is an engineer at the NATO Communications and Information (NCI) Agency in The Hague, Netherlands.

She works for the Agency's Independent Verification and Validation team, ensuring that contractors deliver products that are fit for purpose and fit for use for NATO and its Nations.

In this new video interview, Castroviejo describes how she moved with her family to work at the Agency in 2017. She also shares her experience living and working in The Hague.

"One of the things that I truly value is that the Agency allows us to have flexible hours and that really helps," Castroviejo said.

In the interview, Castroviejo explains that this flexibility made it possible for her to attend her children's activities while being fully dedicated to her work at the Agency.
