Bank Guarantees

In the table below, is a list of the only acceptable financial institutions (herein "Acceptable Banks") that can issue bank guarantees (bid or performance) for NCI Agency solicitations. Each bank on the list and their branches in NATO countries can issue bank guarantees. This list is independently reviewed on a regular basis*. Please refer to the relevant solicitation package or contractual document for further instructions, as well as guidance for bank guarantees from these Acceptable Banks.

For both bid and performance guarantees, a Standby Letter of Credit is required that shall be substantially similar to this template.
