The NCI Agency is seeking the acquisition of: a) Non-protected modems - Super High Frequency (SHF) Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA) Next Generation Non-Electronic Protective Measures (EPM) modems and associated services under Work Package 1 (WP1); b) SATCOM Convergence Routers (SCRs) and switches under Work Package (WP2).
