The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) Directorate Infrastructure Services (DIS) is responsible to the NCI Agency to strengthen the Alliance through connecting its forces. The DIS delivers secure, coherent, cost effective and interoperable communications and information systems in support of consultation, command and control and enabling intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities, for NATO, where and when required. This includes IT support to the Alliances' business processes (to include provision of IT shared services) to the NATO HQ, the Command Structure and NATO Agencies.
The NCI Agency Director of Infrastructure Services, Dr Gregory Edwards, is accountable to direct and manage CIS Infrastructures, and associated Enterprise-wide ICT Services through life cycle support delivered to the customer within time, cost and quality parameters and the requirements specified in Service Line Agreements (SLAs).
