In his leadership of the Agency in the consolidation phase, Mr Gijsbers will be supported by three officials who will, under his overall guidance, lead the day to day activities of the former NC3A, NCSA and NACMA until the end of the consolidation (end 2012): Mr Kevin J. Scheid, Rear Admiral Vittorio Di Cecco and Mr Enzo Montalti.
In order to guarantee continuity of service during the consolidation phase, the former Deputy General Managers of the three entities have been mandated to lead their respective areas in the new Agency:
- Interim Deputy for Capability Development (former NC3A programme of work) – Mr Kevin Scheid
- Interim Deputy for Service Delivery (former NCSA responsibilities) – Rear Admiral Vittorio Di Cecco
- Interim Deputy for Air C2 (former NACMA programme of work) – Mr Enzo Montalti
They will also be the location principals for The Hague, Mons and Brussels, respectively.
The leadership of the Ballistic Missile Defence Programme remains with Major General (retired) Alessandro Pera.
